Quality & Certifications
Your Products Are Inspected at Every Stage — Not Just Before They Ship
We operate an ISO 9001‑certified quality management system with in‑line inspections, documented testing, and full traceability from raw material to container. For professional buyers, that means fewer returns, smoother retailer approvals, and a factory that can prove what it promises.
- Structured quality management system aligned with ISO 9001 and BSCI audit frameworks
- Dedicated in‑house QC team of 15+ inspectors monitoring every production batch
- Quality metrics — defect rates, on‑time shipment, sample turnaround — tracked and reviewed monthly

How Our Quality System Works — End to End
Quality is not a final‑inspection checkbox. It is a sequence of gates that raw material, work‑in‑progress and finished goods must pass through. Problems caught early cost minutes to fix. The same problem caught at final inspection costs days and risks your delivery date. Here is the gate system that protects your order.
All fabric, webbing, hardware, foam and packaging materials are inspected against purchase specifications before they enter production. Non‑conforming material is rejected at the gate — it never reaches the production floor. Buyer benefit: your order is not built on substandard inputs that fail later.
Before bulk production begins, we produce a pre‑production sample on the same line — with the same operators, materials and settings — as your order. You review and approve the physical sample. Buyer benefit: what you approve is what gets produced. No disconnect between sample room and production floor.
QC checkpoints are positioned at the end of each production zone — cutting, sewing, moulding, assembly — not just at the packing line. Each station checks defined parameters (stitch count, dimensional tolerance, assembly fit). Buyer benefit: defects are caught and corrected within the same shift, not after a full production run completes.
Where required by product type or buyer specification, we conduct pull‑strength tests, water‑column tests, food‑contact migration tests, and colourfastness assessments. Test results are documented per production lot. Buyer benefit: you receive data — not opinions — about your product’s performance.
Pre‑shipment AQL inspection against ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 standard. We pull random samples from finished goods, inspect for function, appearance and labelling accuracy, and verify packaging and carton markings. Buyer benefit: you receive a production‑line pull sample before your shipment leaves — so you approve what actually gets loaded.
Every production lot is traceable by material batch, production date and inspection record. We compile a documentation package: inspection reports, material certificates, test results, and packing photos. Buyer benefit: if a retailer or customs authority asks a question six months later, you have the paperwork to answer it.

What We Test and Control
Beyond visual inspection, we run specific functional and safety tests relevant to pet products. The test you need depends on your product category and target market — here is what we can do in‑house and through accredited third‑party labs.
💪 Strength & Durability
- Pull‑strength testing on leashes, collars, harness hardware and D‑rings
- Seam‑strength and stitch‑integrity testing on soft goods
- Abrasion and wear‑cycle testing on webbing and fabrics
- Stability and tip‑over testing on cat trees and furniture
Buyer benefit: Fewer in‑use failures, fewer warranty claims, stronger retailer confidence in your brand.
🛡️ Safety & Compliance
- Food‑contact material migration testing (bowls, slow feeders, silicone)
- Chemical and heavy‑metal content screening per REACH and CPSIA requirements
- Flammability testing on textiles and bedding
- Small‑parts and choking‑hazard assessment on accessories and toys
Buyer benefit: Regulatory compliance documentation ready for customs, retailer onboarding, and your own product liability file.
📐 Fit, Function & Consistency
- Dimensional checks on every SKU against approved measurement chart
- Colour matching against approved Pantone or physical standard
- Water‑column and breathability testing on rainwear and outdoor fabrics
- Apparel fit testing across breed‑representative samples
Buyer benefit: Consistent sizing and colour across production runs. Fewer fit‑related returns. Products that match the sample your buyer approved.
📦 Packaging & Labelling
- Barcode legibility and scan‑verification on every carton
- Hang‑tag, care‑label and warning‑label content accuracy check
- Retail packaging assembly quality and insert placement verification
- Carton drop‑test and stacking simulation for long‑haul shipments
Buyer benefit: Products arrive shelf‑ready. Barcodes scan. Labels are correct. No rework at your 3PL or retailer distribution centre.

ISO 9001 Certified
Quality management system certified by an accredited body. Documented processes, regular surveillance audits, and continuous improvement requirements.
BSCI Audited
Social compliance and ethical manufacturing audit. Recognised by major European and North American retailers for supplier qualification.
FSC Chain‑of‑Custody
Certified wood sourcing and handling for cat trees, pet furniture and wood‑based products. Documentation from raw board to finished product.
Product Test Reports
Material‑specific test reports: food‑contact migration, chemical screening, strength, flammability. Third‑party testing available through SGS, TÜV and Intertek.
All certifications are renewed on schedule. Audit reports and certificate scans are available for buyer review during the qualification process.

Continuous Improvement — The Data We Track and Share
A certificate on the wall means nothing if quality performance is not measured, reviewed and improved. We track key quality indicators monthly, review them with management, and share relevant data with long‑term partners — because your brand reputation depends on our consistency.
How We Use This Data
Quality KPIs reviewed by senior management every month. Trends identified. Resources allocated where data shows a need — not where opinion suggests one.
Every quality incident triggers a documented root‑cause analysis. Corrective actions are tracked to closure. The same issue does not happen twice — because the system prevents it.
For long‑term buyers: structured quality reviews covering defect data, on‑time performance, sampling turnaround, and forward improvement plans. You see what we see.
